Interview Coordinator
within the Admissions Office

Objective
The Interview Coordinator provides administrative and operational support in the coordination and execution of the interview process for applicants to Medforth Global Education (MGE) and its institutions.
This role supports the scheduling, communication, and maintenance of the interview cycle to ensure applicants experience a professional, ethical, and efficient process.
Working closely with the Director of Interview Program, interviewers, and admissions teams, the coordinator ensures that all aspects of the interview process—from scheduling to reporting—are conducted accurately and on time.
Essential Functions
+ Work with professional and alumni interviewers to maintain a master calendar of interviewer availability for prospective students.
+ Interface with prospective students, staff, and alumni in the United States, Canada, Grenada, the United Kingdom, and other international locations.
+ Enter interviewer availability into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to allow self-scheduling by prospective students.
+ Coordinate interviewer schedules to ensure sufficient and consistent availability across regions.
+ Use CRM and other technology platforms to generate interview reports for the Faculty Student Selection Committee (FSSC) /Admissions Committee and the interview team.
+ Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure clear communication and updates regarding the interview process.
+ Coordinate alumni participation in interviews under the guidance of the Director.
+ Plan and schedule interviews, including supporting interviewers or candidate travel as needed.
+ Assist in organizing special events related to the interview program.
+ Ensure applicants invited to interview are handled ethically, efficiently, and objectively.
+ Support the Director in coordinating and ensuring interviewers are trained properly and attend training sessions.
+ Review and ensure interview forms are completed in a timely and high-quality manner before submission to the FSSC.
+ Work with Accounts Payable to ensure alumni interviewers receive appropriate compensation .
+ Distribute updated FSSC /Admissions Committee policies and procedures to interviewers.
+ Manage administrative tasks including ordering supplies and providing general support for the interview team.
Other Duties
+ Provide coverage for admissions functions as needed to ensure uninterrupted service to applicants.
+ Perform other duties and special projects assigned by leadership.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Strong passion for supporting students on their journey into health professions education.
+ Ability to work extensively with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other relevant technologies.
+ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff, peers, and alumni.
+ Commitment to teamwork, customer service, and ethical standards.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to represent MGE and its institutions with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in university admissions or related fields preferred, with demonstrated commitment to customer service.
+ Bachelor’s degree required .

+ Work performed in a positive, creative, and collaborative environment.
Hours & Travel
+ Standard work week: Full-Time.
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Dependent on time zone for hours)
+ Flexible hours required to meet program deadlines and deliverables.
+ Occasional travel may be required to support interview events in the US, Canada, and other key markets.
